Prior to our meeting:
We will send you a link to our In-Home Interior Decorating Questionnaire, in advance of our meeting. The information gathered will allow us to do a deep dive into your goals and aspirations for the space, review all of your inspiration images, take note of your existing furnishings, and view photos of your space before we meet!
After our meeting:
Your decorator will provide you with a customized decorating guide featuring a mood board with inspirational images to help you envision your space, as well as a shopping list from The Heather Co Boutique, with up to 4 items, to easily and beautifully complete the decorating one room in your home.
* These up to 2 hour consultations are offered 4-5 days every month. Once the allotted days are fully reserved, we book into the following month.
*Please note our team does not consult on renovations. Hard finish recommendations will be limited to colour, look, feel, etc. Our team cannot, and do not take responsibility for the durability and suitability of hard finishes. Those should be advised upon by your contractor or installer.

NO. While we do keep some items in stock in our boutique, most items are special order and delivery times will be dependant on the availability of the item with our suppliers. You will be notified once your order is placed of the ETA. You are welcome to email us at admin@theheatherco.com to confirm ETA prior to ordering.

Your purchase from The Heather Company OFTEN includes customs, duties and taxes . However, in rare circumstances, you may need to pay these to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.
Delivery times can change due to circumstances out of our control. We will do our best to advise you immediately of any changes that occur.

Items that are in-stock in the showroom which are eligible for return may be returned within 10 days of purchase for a refund of the merchandise total. Shipping to you, and any return shipping will not be refunded.
Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
Online orders can be canceled within 24 hours.
Online orders cancelled within 24 - 48 hours of placing the order will incur a 15% restocking fee.
After 48 hours online orders can not be canceled and are subject to our final sale policy.

If your product arrives damaged, you MUST note it on the delivery receipt/shipping waybill and supply an image of that to us, along with images of the item, damage and boxes.
Please email us at heather@theheatherco.com within 24 hours of delivery. Damages not noted on delivery receipt/shipping waybill and/or reported after 24hs will not be eligible for refund/repair.
