NO. While we do keep some items in stock in our boutique, most items are special order and delivery times will be dependant on the availability of the item with our suppliers. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
All furnishings, and most decor items, are special order items and can take 4-16 weeks for delivery. Upon receiving your order a member of our team will send you a detailed estimates for the delivery times of your items. Please also note you items may arrive in multiple shipments.

If the items are shipping to a rural location, please be aware there may be additional delivery fees, we will confirm any additional fees with you before finalizing the order.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS & DUTIES ?
Your purchase from The Heather Company OFTEN includes customs, duties and taxes . However, in rare circumstances, you may need to pay these to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.
WHAT ABOUT DELAYS ?
Delivery times can change due to circumstances out of our control. We will do our best to advise you immediately of any changes that occur.

Over our nearly 10 years of providing exceptional home furnishings to happy clients we have found items and vendors whose product we love! and we believe you will too!
We appreciate you have placed your trust in us to supply your investment peice furnishings and we want to do everything to help you feel confident in that choice!
We have a team of customer service and design specialists ready to answer your questions , advise you on your selections and send samples of fabrics and furnishings when available.
Items that are in-stock in the showroom which are eligible for return may be returned within 10 days of purchase for a refund of the merchandise total. Shipping to you, and any return shipping will not be refunded.
Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
Online orders can be canceled within 24 hours.
Online orders cancelled within 24 - 48 hours of placing the order will incur a 15% restocking fee.
After 48 hours online orders can not be canceled and are subject to our final sale policy.

WHAT ABOUT DAMAGES??
If your product arrives damaged, you MUST note it on the delivery receipt/shipping waybill and supply an image of that to us, along with images of the item, damage and boxes.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery. Damages not noted on delivery receipt/shipping waybill and/or reported after 24hs will not be eligible for refund/repair.
